Transparency is important to us. Therefore, we explain here how our ratings come about and how we deal with reviews.

Who can write reviews on Seoul-Mate?

All users can submit a review on our product pages. These reviews are checked for spam and prohibited content and then published.

All customers will be asked by email or push message a few days after their purchase if they would like to leave a review for the products they have purchased. Such reviews are also checked for spam and prohibited content and then published. These reviews receive the note "confirmed" because it was a verified purchase.

Of course, we can never ensure that a customer has actually used the product before writing a review.

Seoul-Mate never censors reviews without a valid reason. We also publish bad reviews if a customer has written one.
